We are so excited to welcome you! Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to relax, check in, and chat about your goals.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Life happens, we totally understand. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another guest.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will have a $35 fee. No shows will also have a $35 fee.
Running Late?
Please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment. If you are running late, let us know! We will do our best to give you your full time, but we may need to shorten your service a little so our next guest is not kept waiting. If we need to shorten your service, the original price will still apply.
Deposits
For some longer or advanced treatments, we ask for a small deposit to hold your spot. Your deposit goes toward your treatment total.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your service.
